Will You Be Available For My Wedding Day, Even If It’s Next Year?

Yes, our Bridal Hair & Makeup Team consists of some of the best Bridal Stylists and Makeup Artists in the metroplex. We have a large team, so we have Stylists and Artists available for any day, even if the special day is next year.

First we’ll schedule a Trial, then after the Trial you will be able to book us for the Wedding Day with a deposit. Once the deposit has been made, your date is confirmed and we will be there every step of the way to provide you the 5-star service you deserve!

What Are Your Rates And What All Does That Include? Do You Charge By The Person?

We pride ourselves on giving our Brides simple rates and easy quotes that allow everyone to have multiple options that give them the most “bang for their buck”!

We offer Bridal Packages that save our Brides hundreds of dollars, as well as A-La Carte Services (per guest) so that each Bride, Bridesmaid, family member or friend has easy options to choose from, without any pesky hidden fees. What you see is what you get with us. We want to fit every budget and help make your special day perfect!

When Do I Have To Pay The Deposit? What Is The Deposit Amount?

A deposit is required to secure our team for a Trial and/or the Wedding Day. Your deposit is due when you schedule your first Trial. If you choose a Bridal Package, the deposit amount will be 20% of the package price. If you choose A-La-Carte services, the deposit amount will be $250. Following the completion of your Trial, if you book us for the Wedding Day, your deposit will be applied to the remaining Package Price/Final Balance. 

Because guests often book Trials, Weddings, and/or Events well in advance, the Client recognizes that appointment slots are in short supply. If you cancel your Trial, the deposit is non-refundable following the three (3) day grace period from the initial payment. If you need to reschedule your Trial, please contact CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Any reschedule request for the Trial, made at least 24 hours in advance, may be eligible for another appointment date at no additional cost. There will be no refunds or credits for any appointment rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment date. Any guest that is no call/no show forfeits any refund or credit. This policy is subject solely at the discretion of the Company in best-effort.

Is The Deposit Refundable If I Choose Not To Book You After The Trial?

Any Deposit Invoice is based on a down payment to secure, retain/book the Company for Services. This item reflects the total number of guests receiving Services, listed above. Any additional guests receiving services that are not listed on the invoice item, may be added upon request, and will receive an additional quote and invoice for Services.

Following the Trial & Consultation Services, if the Client chooses to retain/book the Company for the Wedding Date and Day-of Services, the Deposit payment will be credited to the Total and/or Final Balance. Because guests often book Weddings and/or Events well in advance, the Client recognizes that times reserved are in short supply. If the Client chooses not to retain/book the Company for the Wedding Date and Day-of Services, the Deposit is fully refundable within a three (3) day “grace period”, following completion of the initial Deposit payment. Following the expiration of the “grace period”, Client will not be eligible for any refund amount for the initial deposit. This policy is subject solely at the discretion of the Company in best-effort.

When Is The Final Balance Due?

Because guests often book Weddings and/or Events well in advance, the Client recognizes that times reserved are in short supply. The Final Balance and/or Final Balance installment payment(s), would be due, no later than seven (7) days following the completion of the Bridal Trial to retain the Day-of Services of the Artist/Service Provider(s) assigned to the Client at the Trial. For any time exceeding the subsequent seven (7) day period, the Client understands and accepts the Artist/Service Provider may become booked and therefore not available for the Wedding Date. In that event, it will be the responsibility of the Company to assign a new Artist/Service Provider(s) to render Day-of Services to the Client. In its best effort, the Company agrees to deliver its highest standard of Services to the Client.

What Is The Cancellation Policy?

Should the Client request a cancellation, he/she will be subject to the following terms: (a) Following the completion of the Final Balance payment and/or completion of the Final Installment payment, Client will not be eligible to receive any refund amount for previous payments, unless breach of this Agreement by the Company; (b) Following completion of any previous payments or installment, the Client will have a three (3) day “grace period” in order to be eligible for a refund of the payment or installment; (c) Following the expiration of the “grace period”, Client will not be eligible for any refund amount for any previous payment(s). This policy is subject solely at the discretion of the Company in best-effort.

Is There A Gratuity Policy?

Guest(s) assumes that the Company’s assigned Artists will perform its Services at the highest professional standard and level of customer satisfaction. In the doing, the Guest(s) agrees to provide a desired gratuity to the assigned Artists for the Day-of Bridal Services. Upon successful completion of the Services, the Bride and any additional guest(s) that received Day-of Services will be able to provide a desired gratuity directly to the assigned Artists on-location. A questionnaire form will be sent to the Bride, and/or representative of the Bride, to select the desired gratuity amount of 15%, 18%, 20%, or 22% of the Total Balance. The Company will then send a Gratuity Summary upon confirmation of the final schedule. Gratuity is not mandatory but will sincerely be appreciated by the assigned Artists on-location.

Do You Have A Contract I Can Review?

Yes, we have a standard contract that is available for review upon request. To request a review of our contract, please contact CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Are You Available To Travel? What If I Wanted You To Travel To My Home Or Hotel?

Yes, on the Wedding Day, our team will travel to the initial Venue or Service Location at no additional charge. If an additional or second location is requested, the Company will charge a flat $50 rate per additional location.

Can I Do A Hair And Makeup Trial?

Absolutely! Everything first starts with a Trial. Once we WOW YOU at the Trial, we are confident that you will book our team for the big day!

Each Bridal Package includes a Trial. If you choose to do A-La-Carte services only, we’ll still need to do a Trial that will be scheduled accordingly… that’s always one of our first steps.

Also, every Sunday we offer Sunday Funday: Makeup & Mimosas Bridal Trials. Our goal is to pamper our Brides and share a glimpse of how amazing they’ll look walking down the aisle after being dolled up by our team!

How Long Will The Trial Take? What Do I Need To Bring?

For both the Trial and on the Wedding Day, we generally try not to exceed 45 minutes for Hair and 45 minutes for Makeup per guest. Our plan is to have you all dolled up in about an hour and a half so that you can arrive at your next destination as fabulous as ever!

If you will be wearing a veil or desire any additional hair accessories or add-ons, you will need to let us know when scheduling your Trial and bring those items with you to the designated Trial location. False lashes will be provided by the Artist at the Trial.

If you have your own Makeup that you’d like the Artist to use, you’ll also need to let us know that when scheduling your Trial.

How Long Will It Take To Do Hair And/Or Makeup For Everyone On The Wedding Day?

Our job is to get you pampered, dolled up, and ready to walk down the aisle! Following completion of the Trial & Consultation, we will finalize the Day-of Arrival and Start Time based on your requests. We will also provide you a Day-of Services Schedule one week before the Wedding Day, in order to confirm the Arrival and Start Time and/or make any necessary schedule updates. 5-star customer service is what we’re all about, so we’re available for you 24/7 once you book our team!

Who Will Do My Bridesmaids’ Or Family Members’ Hair And Makeup?

For every Wedding, we first start with a Trial & Consultation. The Hair and Makeup Artist(s) servicing the Bride at the Trial will be the same ones providing Hair and Makeup to the Bride on the Wedding Day.

We have an amazing team of Artists that will be on-location to provide Hair and/or Makeup to the Bridesmaids and any other additional guests. The total number of day-of Hair and Makeup Artists will be determined following completion of the Bridal Trial & Consultation.

Do I Get To Choose My Own Hair And Makeup Look?

Of course! At the Trial & Consultation, the Bride and Artist will finalize the desired Day-of hair style(s) and makeup look(s) for the Bride and Bridesmaids (if requested).

Also, every 3rd Sunday we offer Sunday Funday: Makeup & Mimosas Bridal Trials. Our goal is to pamper our Brides and share a glimpse of how amazing they’ll look walking down the aisle after being dolled up by our team!

Will The Artist(S) Bring Their Own Products Or Will I Be Responsible For Supplying Them?

Our team has a variety of awesome products for any skin type or tone. We provide all the products, including lashes for the day-of. If the Bride or additional guests would like any hair add-ons or special request makeup looks, that must be indicated when scheduling the Trial.

Upon request, we allow the Bride to bring their own hair and/or makeup products.

Will Someone Be There To Provide Touch-Ups For Me And My Guests?

Any touch-ups requested prior to the Ready-By time provided by the Company and approved by the Bride in the Final Day-of Schedule, will be complimentary. However, any request for touch-ups based prior to the Ready-By time will be at the 100% discretion of the Day-of Artists, based on available time. Any requests for additional time/hours will be a separate charge and must be scheduled prior to approval of the Final Day-of Schedule. Additional Time or Hours, if approved, will be a $60/hour charge per Artist.

Our job is to make sure everyone is ready on time and looking fabulous!

What Will Happen If You’re Sick Or Have An Emergency On My Wedding Day?

That is a great question, but have no fear! We have a large team of amazing Artists on-call every day! If an Artist gets sick and can’t make it, we will have an Artist on standby that will be ready to step up to the plate and provide the same excellent service. Each Hair and Makeup Artist and stand-by will have received instructions by the original Artist regarding what services and desired looks are to be performed based on the Final Schedule.
